Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields. Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.
Boxed beef cutout values lower on Choice and steady on Select on moderate demand
and moderate to heavy offerings. Select and Choice rib, round and loin items
generally steady while chuck cuts weak to lower. Beef trimmings generally
steady on light to moderate demand and offerings.
